What are Trix Stix?

What do you do with Trix Stix?

 One of my favorite Tricks I learned was looping your Trix Stix Under your arm and making them come over your shoulder, you can see this trick on Video. You can also perform this Trick in between your legs. Traditional Nunchuck moves are awesome to do and prepare you for the harder Tricks. Inside figure 8 and outside figure 8, Switch Trix Stix around the wrist. A really good Stretch Exercise is just bring them over the shoulder and grab then with your other hand, and one better stretch put the opposite hand behind your back and then bring your Trix Stix over to meet that hand.
